• In order to receive Sewer and Water services within the city limits, the property owner must fill out an Application>
  • This application may be picked up during regular office hours or downloaded from city website.
  • This application must be filled out and returned to the city within 72 hours of taking possession of home.
  • There is a $50.00 application fee (non-refundable) that must be included with application.
  • On Rental Properties the Property Owner is billed for the water and sewer, not the renter. Under City Ordinance property owner is responsible for payment of bill.
  • Mailing Address for City is City of Pease, 35 1st Street West Pease MN 56363
  • The city no longer has a post office, you must contact the Post Office in Milaca 320 983 3229 - 230 2nd Ave NW to set up mail delivery.
